Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-11
The service
Vektor provides a carrier-packet workspace for brokers. The core subscription costs $99 per month and includes carrier-packet sending, electronic signature, and the AI assistant. These terms apply when you access or use that service.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure, providing accurate account and billing information, and promptly updating that information when it changes. You are also responsible for activity under your account and for making sure the people you invite are authorized to act for your organization.
Acceptable use
Use Vektor only for lawful business purposes. Do not use the service to send deceptive or unauthorized documents, infringe another person's rights, introduce malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another organization's data. You are responsible for the content you upload and send and for obtaining any permissions that content requires.
Payment terms
The core subscription is $99 per month, including the AI assistant. A custom-domain add-on is optional and costs $49.99 per month. You authorize Vektor to charge the payment method associated with your account for the subscriptions you select while they remain active.
Termination
You may end your subscription by canceling it. Vektor may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or activity that threatens the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers
Vektor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent the law permits. Vektor does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that uploaded documents, extracted information, AI-assisted output, carrier data, or signature workflows will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing documents and outputs, deciding whether they are suitable for your use, and making your own carrier and legal decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vektor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. The law in some places may not allow every limitation in this section, so those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.
Governing law
Governing law and venue will be added after counsel review.
